Romar - Romar Replacement and Return Policy: 1- The order is eligible for return within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date the order arrives to the customer. 2- The order is eligible for exchange within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date the order arrives to the customer. This is if the order complies with the following conditions: 1- The order is in its original condition as received. 2- The order is unused and has not been opened or tampered with. 3- There are no torn or damaged adhesive papers on the product or its packaging. 4- The carton or any packaging of the product has not been cut so that it can be returned smoothly and easily. 5- Exchange or return is not possible for orders that were part of offers or discounts, except in cases of a defect in the product or it not matching the order. 6- We must be notified of the return or exchange immediately upon receipt of the product by contacting us and taking direct photos of the product. 7- The product is subject to inspection by the relevant department to ensure it complies with packaging conditions and to verify the completeness of its accessories to approve or reject the exchange or return. Refund Policy: 1- The customer bears the costs of shipping, exchange, and return if they wish to do so and the order complies with all the previously mentioned return and exchange policies. 2- Romar - Romar store bears the full costs of shipping, exchange, or return if the order does not match the product displayed in the store. 3- Romar - Romar store bears the full costs of shipping, exchange, or return in case of damage or breakage unless caused by the shipping company. 4- The order is eligible for a refund after the relevant management's decision to inspect and verify the returned order and confirm that it complies with the previously mentioned return and exchange policy. 5- The refund amount will be transferred after confirming that the order qualifies for the refund policy and after determining the eligible refund amount, within 14 working days from the receipt of the returned item. Note: 1- If the decision of the relevant department is that the returned item is eligible for a refund, bank transfer fees will be deducted in all cases. 2- We guarantee that all Romar - Romar products are original and 100% guaranteed, and if not, you have the right to return the product provided it meets the criteria for exchange and return.
